In case of non-compliance what are the risks?

Among restaurateurs, the impatience to reopen is as great as the incomprehension of government decisions.

However, if a restaurateur decides to open, despite the prefectural decree which notes the general measures necessary to deal with the coronavirus epidemic while providing in its article 40 that this type of establishment can no longer accommodate the public, the restaurant owner is exposed to serious sanctions or even immediate administrative closure of the restaurant for a period of up to 2 months.
