Food Hygiene News 12 April 2021The end-of-year celebrations are approaching and the Ministry of Agriculture and Food wanted to ensure that increased commercial activity during this festive period takes place in the proper rules of hygiene, quality and product health safety, in particular for festive products.
For this, 4,000 agents were mobilized to strengthen food safety surveillance until January 15, 2020.
