Traqfood is extremely proud to be able to announce at the start of 2020 that Samuel Albert, winner of the 2019 Top Chef cooking show, is joining the traqfood family!

This 31-year-old chef opened his restaurant called "Les Petits Prés" on the Place du Ralliement in Angers on November 6.

By equipping himself with the traqfood application, Samuel wants to "take issues related to hygiene and HACCP seriously to guarantee our customers an ever higher quality of service and products".

This restaurant offers cuisine inspired by the chef’s many travels (Reunion, Switzerland, Australia, Shanghai, Japan) where we find on the menu recipes inspired by dishes that have earned him good reviews during the 2019 top chef show (gambas chimichurri , Magritte apple).
