At the end of November 2019, the first conference of the Collective: Digital solutions for restaurateurs, in partnership with the CCI of Paris Île-de-France, took place with the aim of clearing up the fog surrounding digital solutions for catering professionals and catering trades.
For this event, more than 110 professionals were present and were able to interact in a friendly setting on the theme of digital solutions in catering.
Sharing experiences, detailed explanations and information on the latest technologies, the spectrum was complete.
At the initiative of this conference, the Collective. This group of main players in Food Tech’s mission is to facilitate the digital transition for catering professionals. To do this, the Collective provides educational content, hosts conferences and allows professionals to freely discuss their respective experiences with digital solutions with each other.
The Collective is made up of major players in the Food Tech sector to guarantee significant expertise to professionals:
- Traqfood, expert in the simplification and management of all HACCP procedures
- Tiller System, cash register, genuine innovative ecosystem for local entrepreneurs
Zenchef, an independent online reservation solution for restaurants - Unilever Food Solution, an actor supplier of Food Service in France.
- Skello, the first intelligent planning solution for personnel management
Given the success of this first event, other events between restaurateurs on the theme of digital will be organized.
