It is one of the emblematic winter dishes of the French, a meal of sharing and indulgence, which allows you to warm up and spend a good evening with family, friends and colleagues. According to a poll conducted by Yougov, 63% of French people say it would be the best winter dish, far from fondue . It ranks 9th out of 100 of the favorite dishes of the French.
