International Days : Good deals ! 12 April 2021

Raclette season is officially open. Yes, when the temperature drops, the raclette party is back! Even in times of confinement, raclette remains the "Winter Star";)

According to LSA, 53% of French people have already consumed this flagship meal of winter this year .

But first of all, where does this dish come from?

Raclette is a traditional Swiss cooking recipe, originally called "roasted cheese". The concept being simple, the goal is to melt the cheese near a heat source, and scrape the pan as you go.

It is one of the emblematic winter dishes of the French, a meal of sharing and indulgence, which allows you to warm up and spend a good evening with family, friends and colleagues. According to a poll conducted by Yougov, 63% of French people say it would be the best winter dish, far from fondue . It ranks 9th out of 100 of the favorite dishes of the French.

To your pans, your cheeses, potatoes and cold meats! Go !!
