Covid 19 - Maximum alert! Reinforcement of sanitary devices in restaurants

  • Reminder on the existing measures put in place.
  • Respect for barrier gestures within the confines of restaurants.
  • Availability of hydroalcoholic gels at the entrance of the restaurant.
  • Wearing a mask is compulsory within the establishment.
  • Customers must be seated in the establishment.
  • The personnel must under no circumstances wear gloves. & Nbsp;
  • Establishment of a referent staff of the & nbsp; Covid 19.
  • Provision of entry and exit signs to prevent any flow within the establishment.
  • Recommend the availability of cards online via a QR Code.
  • Avoid providing objects that can be touched by several people (newspapers, books, games, etc.).

Strengthening health measures.

Examined and validated by the High Council of Public Health (HCSP), here are the new recommendations required for restaurants. & Nbsp;

Organization of the flow.

  • The restaurant must display the maximum capacity.
  • The number of people is limited in each area to reduce interactions. & Nbsp;
  • It is forbidden to consume "drinks" standing up and outside the establishment. & Nbsp;
  • No smoking in front of the restaurant front. & Nbsp;
  • Prohibition of “Buffet” or “Banqueting” type services.

Organization of the establishment

  • Wearing a mask is compulsory to circulate inside the establishment, until the arrival of the first course.
  • Establishment of customer reminders in order to trace the virus. Customers will leave their contact details in the reminder manual, if contact tracing is triggered, the restaurant owner will provide the reminder book to the regional health office.
  • Any contactless payment method will be preferred (pre-payment, bank cards, QR CODE). & Nbsp;
  • Payment must be made at the customers’ table. & Nbsp;
  • Restaurant tables can only accommodate 6 people maximum.
  • Downloading the STOP covid 19 application is recommended by each establishment.
  • Availability of hydroalcoholic gels recommended on each table.

Strict compliance with these devices is essential to be able to maintain these activities and protect others from Covid-19. & Nbsp;
